Paul Shaub was born in 1923 in Steelton , Pennsylvania, and taught at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. His work is in the collections of The National Gallery of Art, The Smithsonian American Art Museum, The Boston Museum of Art and many others.
We currently have two rowing scenes by him.
“Oarsman” is a color woodcut on wove paper, c. 1962, number 46 of a limited edition of 50, the framed size is 16” x 35”, $550.
“Stroke” is a serigraph on rippled paper, c. 1962, number 6 of only 15, the framed size is 14” x 29”, $450.
